1. GENERAL STRUCTURE

- Waterproofing (foundations): 4mm Bitumen Membrane.
3. ROOF SYSTEMS
- Non-Visiting roof: Exposed waterproofing system (Polyurethane)
4. ALUMINIUM SYSTEMS
- MUSKITA: Double Glazed tinted glass, aluminum sliding doors MU with thermal insulation. Motorized roller shutters provission in all bedrooms.
5. FINISHES – EXTERIOR
- Render plaster: Thermal insulation system render (STO Lit) Or other similar quality.
- Fair-Faced concrete: Planked formwork.
- Cladding: Metal panels where needed.
- Floors (Patios - Verandas): Ceramics.
- Floors (Parking areas): Concrete surface.
6. FINISHES – INTERIOR
- Internal Walls: 2 coats of plaster / spatula and 3 coats of emulsion paint.

- Living and Dining Room areas (floors): High quality ceramic tiles.
- Bedroom areas (floors): High quality Laminate flooring.

7. INTERIOR DETAILS
- Kitchen Countertops: Kitchen top chosen by customer Evpalia Ltd.
- Kitchen Cabinets: Imported from Italy chosen by customer Cucina&Cucina Cyprus.
- Doors: All inside doors will be imported from Italy and the customer will have a choice of a different colors to choose from Cucina&Cucina Cyprus.
- Wardrobes: Imported from Italy chosen by customer Cucina&Cucina Cyprus.
8. OTHER DETAILS
- Railings: Laminated / Tempered glass.
- Fencing: Fair-faced concrete wall or as specified by architect.
9. MECHANICAL SERVICES
- Plumbing: 1. Pipe in pipe system will be used with a separate manifold for every apartment. 2. Hot/cold and tap water supply as shown in plans. 3. PVC Heavy Type in type in pipes will be used for the drainage. All according to Electromechanical Department requirements and specifications. 4. Solar panels with an electric heater and a plastic 1000lt cold water reservoir will be installed along with a pressurized water system (with covers) on the roof of the building. 5. Wall type hidden toilets (Grohe mechanism). 6. All sanitary fittings and mechanisms will be of high quality.
- Heating: Provision / Wall mounted.
- Air conditioning: Provision for wall air-conditioning units (split unit system).
- Lift & Gates: OTIS or CONE High speed elevators. Gates will be remotely operated NICE.
10. ELECTRICAL SERVICES
